welcome! we recommend starting with platform essentials. it's designed for beginners and anyone wanting to build confidence with the reformer. our instructors will guide you through everything, so you don't need any previous pilates experience.

do i need grip socks?

yessu! grip socks are required for all classes for hygiene and safety. if you forget yours, don't worry—we'll have really cute ones available at the studio.

what should i wear?

wear comfortable activewear that lets you move freely. no shoes inside the studio space—just your grip socks and a water bottle.

how early should i arrive?

if it's your first visit, aim to arrive about 10 minutes early. we'll show you around, introduce you to the reformer and get you settled before class starts.if you've been with us before, arriving 5–8 minutes early is perfect.

life happens—we get it.you can cancel your booking through MAGIC before the cancellation window closes. late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee or class deduction depending on your package. please refer to your booking confirmation for the current cancellation policy.

yes! a selection of our classes is available on classPass.if you're planning to practice with us regularly, our in-house class packages (especially during promo!) usually offer the best value and the most flexibility.

eight! we intentionally keep our classes small so our instructors can give you more attention, better coaching and a more personal experience.

what happens if i'm late?

to ensure everyone has enough time to settle in safely, we recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before class begins.if you're running late, entry may not be possible after the grace period of 5 minutes once class has started, as missing the safety briefing can affect both your experience and the flow of the class.
